• Level 10 Membership Status for life.
  We’re basing the entire platform around 10 Membership Levels, which determine things like: Share of Voice (ie. Ad Views + Sponsored Messages within Passphrase), Featured priority for Challenges - and Automatic Entries into the Giveaways part of Challenges - learn more
  
• Earn 10% of the amounts your Referrals win
  This is a big one and how we’re going to make sure people share without us having to convince everyone. Refer a lot of people and you’ll earn 10% of what they all win - and it will not have to come out of their winnings. We’re going to write it off as a Marketing expense and Sales commission.
  
• .0005% Equity Stake in Passphrase Challenges, Inc.
  The first 500 Partners will split 25% of the company, which amounts to .0005% or 12,500 shares of 25M total shares.
  
• $500k payout if Passphrase is acquired or sells for $1B+
  There would obviously be all kinds of fees that we’d have to pay if one day we’re acquired, so we’d eat those and guarantee you a $500k payout (pre-tax).
  
  

  And, if we sell for $1.5B, you’ll receive $750k or at $2B, you’d receive $1M.
• Lightening Challenges based on your Level + Influence
  Lightening Challenges are ones we promote on the spot to get other Members to join instantly. You’ll always be the highest level (L10), even if big influencers join the platform - but within the Level 10s we’ll prioritize Lightening Challenges on how many direct referrals you brought in.
• 10X Entries into Daily Giveaways
  Each Challenge has a built-in automatic giveaway feature, so even if you don’t win the Challenge, there’s still a chance you may win one of the consolation prizes.
  
  And, while it’s free to enter, Members receive X times the entries - where X is their Membership Level. So, Level 10s will always receive automatic bonus entries (that give them 10X the amount of entries into any Giveaway as other participants).
• We’ll probably come up with more benefits...
  We think the benefits above are extremely valuable, because we are essentially giving early adopters a locked-in, permanent seat at the table and the ability to profit off of their Membership Level indefinitely. But, we might come up with some other perks - and our promise is to never undermine our Founding Partners.

If you’d like another payment option other than Paypal, we take plenty of other payment options - Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash, ACH, Invoice, etc. In addition, you’ll also receive a physical or digital copy (via PDF in email) of the Partners Agreement, Equity Certificate (with your allotted shares) and an invoice for your records.
